Could not be more impressed with the level of customer service we experienced with Jessica and Rebecca at Cruise Planners in Maryville TN. From the moment I stepped into their office until the moment we returned home they stayed connected. Due to our return to port in Charleston just after Hurricane Helene, Jessica sent a message alerting us of the road closures in both NC and TN. She even reminded us of possible power outages along the way and to be mindful of fueling when the opportunity was available. We made it home safely and with plenty of fuel!
